The menu board has the prices listed. I ordered a regular espresso but the girl told me espresso only comes in large and it\'s a... dollar more. So from $4.99 to $5.99. I said that\'s ok. As I put in my card and got to take my card out I almost see a charge of$10. I asked her if she just charged me $10. She said no so I asked for the receipt. She says the machine is broken. I leave andcheck my bank account to find out she charged me $9.75... I went back into the store and asked why did she charge me this muchwhen the prices are listed on the board on the wall. I didn\'t get any extras in my drink. She says that it\'s broken and thosearen\'t the right prices. I asked why would you not mention that when I asked if you had just charged me almost $10 for mydrink. She had no answers and couldn\'t give her managers name or number to talk about this. I was upset but didn\'t let it ruinmy movie night. Just took a picture of her with the prices listed in the background and will talk to mall management aboutthis.???? Be careful with this place. If they have not posted the new prices on the menu then they are doing this on purpose. Read more

Worst service ever! As a store manager at a Dallas restaurant I suggest the owner or management gets rid of their staff. Girl... was on her phone, when I tried to order she rolled her eyes and then claimed something was out of service so the smoothie couldnot be made. Why work when you?re going to have attitude. I usually go here during the weekend to get boba with my mom after we get our nails done. Their customer service has not been... the best. The employees are very rude and very lazy. There\'s not even a single smile on each of their faces. Lately they\'vebeen claiming that the smoothie machine is broken, but it\'s been a month now. I\'m very sure it\'s an excuse to not serve usthe drinks we want. I suggest the manager to hire better employees that are dedicated to giving proper customer service or havea sit down with everyone to work on their manners. Read more

I got mango bubble tea. She didn?t ask us size of drink. she charged us $8+. Half of the glass was filled with ice only. Why are... you charging that much for one drink when half glass is only filled with ice???? Another thing, Communication skill withcostumer was 0 out of 5. she didn?t helped us in any way. Never going back again. Those are the two things for one star. Read more
