Would love to give ZERO stars. After being on the road all day, had a late check-in. We were tired and didn't want to go out, so... went down to the Bistro. We stopped at the counter to place our order and were told to take a menu and find a place to sit; theyoung man said he'd be with us shortly. Twenty minutes later no one had stopped by our booth. The young man waited on a steadystream of guests walking up to the counter. They are definitely understaffed for what was obviously a busy time of night. Wefinally gave up and left.
