It was around 1 in the night, I had just finished a 23 Hours flight and wanted to eat something quick to quench my hunger. When... I used drive through at this location to place my order, I let the person taking my order that I don?t need meat in my taco.Once I was done completing my order, I requested to repeat and I heard he mentioned beef. So I stopped and repeated please makesure there is no meat in it. Immediately he yelled at me, ?Don?t make me feel like we don?t know what we are doing ok? Just takeyour order? I was in a shock. I responded saying Thank you.! And left the place. This was a horrible experience which I didn?tdeserve. Taco Bell needs to train their employees to be patient with customers. Their hours of operation says they open at 7 a.m. I just went through the drive through at 7:50 and there were two cars parked... so someone was obviously there however NO ONE came to the window or over the intercom. Hire people that will actually work theassigned hours! Read more
Waited 20 minutes before the manager came and said, ?we?re out of rice?. She would?ve said something to me if she had seen the... order. Her words! Lol Took another 10 minutes to get a refund. And still left with no food and hungry. Such incompetence is soannoying. The place wasn?t even that busy but she was stressed to the limit. No one cares, I don?t even know why I post areview. Day time it's good that's why I give it 3 stars. They have the sweetest lady at the window. But at night they don't care very... much. I got burnt food. And it tasted over seasoned. They shut everything down way to early so it was already limited to what Iwas able to order. Read more
Completely closed. Hours say otherwise. No signs on the door at all!!!!!! They also never answer their phone!!!! It doesn't... matter if you are short staffed or not. The lobby doors at least need a sign saying the lobby is closed because short staffedwhen yo6 have posted hours saying it's open!!! Read more
I have NEVER been in a Taco Bell where the overhead MENU is completely absent and this establishment wants you to order from... their TABLETs on the side instead of actually speaking to a real person. The right TABLET was out of order during my visit.Only the left was in operation. I did wonder what would happen if both TABLETs were out of operation and no menu to look at? Iordered my food from the TABLET and paid to DINE IN. My guess, DINE IN and TAKE OUT are the same - bagged my order instead ofon a tray. The establishment was very clean all around including the men's restroom. Lots of clear windows to look outside atthe city going by. Employees seem to be very nice towards customers. Establishment is minimal in art design and has an openfeel to it. Read more
I don?t even know what to say about what happens every time I come here. I?ve had maybe 2 good experiences out of like 20. The... employees always make it so uncomfortable and I?m always trying to figure out why I?m waiting 10 and 20 minutes for food with anempty parking lot. Food is hit and miss. You can be as basic as possible and they still will act confused when taking yourorder. Company advertising combos and staff saying it?s not offered when you know you just ordered it yesterday.
