I have ordered twice from this location, both times missing items from my order. 1st time Nachos fries box deluxe, was in a... bag versus the box, missing a chicken Chalupa with avacado ranch and a crunchy taco, there was a soft taco with potatoes thatever ordered included. This time same order. received a hard Chalupa no avacado ranch, my beef 5layer had no sour cream. Alsoordered sauces and none were placed in box. Not sure what's happening with this location but it has really went downhill withquality of food. Read more
Yeah you think you all are having a bad night you have no clue! I work over 60+ hours 1 full time and 1 part time job! You... took whatever happened out on the next customer which is wrong. I did nothing but to think you all actually put extra onions onone and none on the other pretty sure you all did that on purpose! Got jokes you have no clue what other people are goingthrough and could have used a friendly smile. If I had eaten that I would have had to take a trip to hospital! FOOD Allergiessuck. Clean, fast, edible, everything you expect from a Taco bell or fast food restaurant I'm general. However, I always ask for no... Chipotle sauce on any item that had it, but they only get that eight about half of the time, which is pretty annoying since Iabsolutely hate the sauce. Otherwise, everything is decent. Read more
The current management or manager is light years better than the last. More important than that is the food was great. The... dollar menu beef burrito was on point. Great job! Quality has gone down hill on my last few visits. I ordered as a diner thismorning and was served a beat up burrito, beans on the outside of the wrapper. I was at the drive thru I asked for 2 crunchy tacos, then asked what was the difference between regular crunchy and supreme... crunchy. I heard the manager on the back saying supreme has sour cream and tomatoes. I asked for the number 1 instead (3 supremecrunchy tacos) with a Pepsi since drink is included in the meal. The girl on the speaker said your total is $5.13 I arrive atthe window and confirmed my order. The new total was 7.39 but my bag only had 1 supreme taco, and 2 regular. Not cool.
