If Cheers (the old TV show) opened a sandwich shop it would be Subz N Stuff. The atmosphere reminds me of the old neighborhood... bar that everyone gathered at to enjoy fellowship and good brew (in this case food). The people are so friendly there. There isobviously a lot of locals that frequent it weekly and they bring their friends and associates. Nice variety of hot and colditems and the sandwiches are large. My friend and I were at an Expo at the convention center. I discovered this sandwich shopvia a google search. We were warmly greeted when we walked in. They were very gracious answering our questions about particularsandwiches and making recommendations. They got our order out quickly. The sandwiches are big and stuffed with meat andtoppings. The bread was delicious. It got pretty busy while we sat there and ate our sandwiches and it was obvious that many ofthe customers came there regularly. Glad I live fairly close so that I can stop in a grab a sandwich now that I have found thislittle gem. Read more
I highly recommend it and I’m glad that it’s in my neighborhood, a local touch in a sea of chains. Excellent, high-quality... ingredients and the lovely, gracious owners make this place special. There are several made-from-scratch sauces to use on yourhot or cold sub, as well as a variety of other sandwiches and offerings as well. So many options in different combinations. Andthe bread is perfectly not too soft and not too hard and comes in white or wheat. The homemade cookies are ridiculously good. Please, for your own safety, don't eat here. Every sandwich had mold on it. We waited 2 hours for these sandwiches no less, and... they were inedible. By far and away, the worst food experience I've had in the 20+ years I've lived in this city. Read more
