They don?t take coupons there is no way I will patronize this place and there are like four others in the neighborhood. Also,... the place is pretty much unclean. The staff is nice but assuming this is a franchise they may want to rethink the coupon thingwhen Subway sends the Zip Code of 75038 and surrounding ones coupons every week. Read more

They have a lot of trainees at this location, and I think they are more fearful of portion size than customer service. I?ve been... coming here a lot and I always order the same thing but today the amount of meat on my sandwich was so bad I had to saysomething about it. Footlong 3 slices of ham across the whole thing, 4 slices pepperoni 4 salami. The pictures online on themenu look nothing like this. I am pretty sure I am entitled to at least one more slice of ham, even in our inflation affectedeconomy. Read more

Placed an online order tonight. Given a ready time about 20 minutes later, which makes sense. Arrived there 30 minutes, after... site said order was ready at target time. Once there NONE of the order had even been started. Limited food items meant we had tochange the order on the fly. Line was worked by a 16 & 17 yr old. Nothing again them, but likely not trained very well. Had tobe asked to change gloves after rubbing face and hair while making sandwiches. This is not unusual from this subway. It not acoincidence that I have not attempted an online order at this location in over a year. In person gives you a chance to seewhether or not your food was prepared safely. Not sure if food handler certs are required here, but it may be another longwhile if I decide to give this place a chance again. Read more

I am displeased with the food presentation at your subway. I went in there and ordered a foot long turkey sub and when it was... time to add in my condiments there were none. All of the buckets were empty even though I came in two hours before closing.There was no cheddar cheese, olives, banana peppers, avocado, cucumbers and tomatoes and those are all of the things I wanted onmy sandwich. The workers were busy talking and making their own sandwiches to even notice all of the buckets were empty andshould have been refilled. When i asked to speak to the manager i was told Sonia was not there, how convenient. I feel as if Iwasted my money because all I got was turkey and provolone on my sandwich and mayo and I could have said never mind and walkedout but instead I just paid for my sandwich.
