I just went in. The girl heating up my food gave me a horrible look because I corrected her on my order. Then my drink was not... correct. Why would I pay $4 for black coffee? I would give it no stars if possible. Got up to order and there was no hi no nothing. Very rude and standoffish. I ordered my... coffee and a scone. I got out my money to pay and before I even was done pulling it out. She steps back like she just saw a gunand yells UHHH WE CANT TAKE THAT! Like it was fake or something. Then an other female yells from across YEAH WE DONT HAVE CHANGEFOR A HUNDRED. Now everyone was looking like if i had a fake bill. It was very embarrassing. They didn't try to help me juststood brushed me off. I don't normally carry cash but today I had to. I didn't know that was a crime. Now I know a lot ofplaces don't have change or for whatever reason. But it was how the situation was treated. VERY POORLY. They just looked at melike sorry about your luck. Busy location. She made a mistake taking my order just because she didn?t repeat the order to make sure. The drink was then... mistaken one more time other than the first mistake. Had to wait a long time to get my order and realized a wrong one of minehad been ready. When asked to remake what I paid then she threw attitude toward me in stead of offering a simple apology! I noticed that people who ordered after me at the counter were out on their waywith their drinks and I was still waiting? Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. My husband went in to get us 2 drinks. It?s took 30 minutes. I was in the car waiting and... saw so many people come and go. No one asked him what he was waiting for and he made eye contact with multiple people. Turns outthey gave my drink to the wrong person. Read more
