Only gave it 3 stars for service because of the cashier. She was nice, and she was moving as fast as she could. I ordered my food through the app and set a specific time to pick it up because I had to get back to work. No stalls at this... location and you could not go inside because eveey door was locked for a sit down establishment. Instead I had to sit in theirdrive thru line for almost 15 minutes to get my food that I had already paid for 15 minutes after the time I was supposed topick it up. The food was cold and gross. Looks good on the outside smells horrible on the inside. The smell of this place was enough to ruin sonic for good. Drive thru, no stalls, but has dining room. On our visit the dining room was locked. We had placed our order on the app. Waited... about 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to answer. Only reason they get 2 stars from me is because the food is good. But I'm gonna be honest. The service is terrible. We love... having family night with ice cream once a week but for some reason they can't get this right. I went a couple times they had nocookies for my Oreo blast. And on many occasions the line is backed up because they can't get orders right. Tonight we waitedfor over 30 minutes watching them arguing with a customer because the order was wrong. I get to this place and had a coupon a coupon for a free cheeseburger and they tell me they don't accept them. What in the hell... kind of business are you guys running??
