Someone walked in behind us and stated his name while he was behind us. Instead of forcing him to wait his turn by taking out... order first, we were forced to wait until he found his call-in order in the back. We sat down after ordering and then he broughtout a to-go bag because he didn't bother asking if it was for here or to go when we ordered which we then had to ask for becausehe wasn't smart enough to see that we had seated ourselves to eat.
