Around 8pm Friday - Ordered through the drive thru. Wait time on the drive thru was about 25-30 min. The employee taking our... order: ?anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Then proceeds to tell me the total for my order and sudden deadsilence.? To then receive our order cold. No coleslaw and the fries & chicken were fried in dirty oil (burnt taste). Never have had this poor quality before.

Really disappointed, just disposed of it in the trash! Never posted pics? But I guess canes charges more for 2inch chicken... tenders than anyone else, I wanted everyone to see. I hadn?t had Raising Cane?s in months and decided to give this location a go. I don?t eat meat everyday (1x-2x per week, so I?m... very selective on meat days). Well for one I can tell the person taking my order was probably not having a great day (that?s ok,it happens. I?ve also worked at places where I didn?t like my job, but I still put a smile on my face). 2, the fries were nothot when I got them. I was soooo disappointed because I hadn?t had canes in months and the first time I have them, it wasn?tworth my time or money. I?ve gone to other locations without a problem, but this one wasn?t it. The service was terrible and super slow, the food chicken fingers were old and greasy as if had been sitting out and was placed... back into greasy to reheat. The order was wrong and the kids were horseplaying in the work place unmasked handling customerfood. It was just terrible service from start to finish. I am currently in this restaurant and tried it for the first time. I ordered the 4 Finger Combo and was VERY disappointed with... the meal. The chicken has no flavor and some parts were "gummy" and other parts HARD. The cole slaw was in need of flavor aswell. I have NEVER tasted cole slaw with no flavor. The ONLY thing that was good about visiting this restaurant was the sweet. Iwill NEVER visit this establishment again. If this was my last meal, I'd happily die without eating it again. Read more
