First time being at potbelly! It was an interesting visit, I order a grill sandwich and a chicken pot pie soup. ( soup needed a... little more flavor it was a bit cold) sandwich was dry but it was good. Staff was helpful and very nice, they gaverecommendations and very professional. Liked the ambiance. Had a little bit of a bummer experience here. Ordered two sandwiches for a buy one get one deal for a 12:00pm pickup the next... day. I arrived at 12:30pm the next day to pick up the sandwiches and they hadn't even started making them. So I had to waitanother 20 minutes or so for them to make my sandwiches and a few of my coworker sandwiches as well. I ordered the chicken cluband a wreck, and when I opened up each sandwich I realized they made two chicken clubs. One of them was made incorrectly, hadmustard on it when I didn't order that, etc. They seemed a little frantic and disorganized, but I'll give them the benefit ofthe doubt that it was the lunch rush and they may have been understaffed. None of my colleagues seem to have any issues withtheir sandwiches though. Just have to knock off the rating for not having the pre-ordered sandwiches ready even a half hourafter the scheduled pick up time, and then preparing the order incorrectly. I love this place so much. It doesn't even matter which one you go to. By far, my favorite sandwich shop hands down. I always... get the wreck, with extra peppers on there, everything buy mayo. Mayo is a sin. I'd go every day if I could but probably not thehealthiest option. Read more
I ordered a Bowl of Mac with bacon from this potbelly through Uber Eats and they gave me a half filled bowl with no bacon. They... also did not put bacon on my smoked ham. They leave out the bacon on the Mac and cheese all the time. Read more

I patron this location at least two times a week. So much so, they know my order by memory. The staff is very jovial which... increases the experience level. Even understaffed sometimes, they are very attentive. I had a situation where someoneovercharged me, but talking with the manager set the situation straight. Days later, after going through my photos, I noticedthat I?ve never supported this location with a review. Awesome crew, quality sandwiches? What else could you want?! A cookie!! Read more
Not again!! Today i went back to Potbelly after a long absence. I got tired of how the amount of stuff inside the sandwich... varies per person. Today was one of the worst. One slice of cucumber, a small piece of artichoke, 7 small pieces of roasted redbell pepper, a little bit of feta on the center...That is a $7-dollar sandwich!!! We have been here more than a couple of times and they seem to always be out of the Mac and cheese which stinks for parents... bringing their kids who like to eat that here. We have consistently had that problem and they are often to lazy to hear upanother bag. Read more
