Finally got it right, last time ordered chicken meal with red beans a d rice, got home to find mashed potatoes and gravy. If I could give 0 stars I would... waited over 15 min for someone to take my order, not once did they acknowledge I was there... during that time. And there was only 1 other car in the drive through. Paid for the food and waited another 10 min. Meanwhile Ican see the works messing around, dancing and laughing with each other. When handed the food, was told they are running out offood and quickly closed the window. So there was no refund, and they did not give a recipe. The food we did get was cold andsoggy. I ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with a drink but they are on the McDonald's my machine is broken. They only had sweet tea and... water. Customer service sucks. Last time I went they didn't have mac and cheese or hot sauce. And today they only gave me aspoonful of mac and cheese. And the picture shows what they gave me for mac. Read more

Trash trash trash....$10 wasted...this Popeyes is probably the worst....the mac and cheese taste how it looks...I don't know wht... kinda wings these are, and what the hell is on my biscuit....then my drink was even watered down....what a disgrace tLouisiana...please don't waste your time...every thing was horrible!!! Popeyes Chicken review 03/19/2022 This is for the new store in Irving boulevard and Loop 12 Walton Walker boulevard. First this... location is nice and new. The drive-thru is easily accessible it's right there on the corner so we should get a lot of businessand a lot of traffic. My review is I had an issue with the coleslaw and without an argument without much of issue the team tookcare of it and went far beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Customer loyalty is a big thing and they just got my loyalty tothis location today. Came over to get me a three piece tender. Went over to the 7-11 across the street to eat the chicken in my car. It was old and... the meat was very very tuff. The drink was a sprite and it was completely out. The young lady in the drive through, which wasthe manager on duty was totally rude and kept rolling her eyes. I was trying to get her to understand that, all of the foodshould be timed and she should be checking her drink station through out the day/ night. This store is going down hill and veryfast! These kids are going to run this store to the ground. Plus they really don't care!! If I could've give them a zero,that's what I would've rated them!!! Read more
