Please stop using Door Dash. My food was cold and it was a large order. Driver didn't speak English well and he was over 15... minutes late on the delivery time. Spent too much for cold pizzas. Read more
My 3rd delivery in a month. All had 2 be remade/redelivered. Store desperately needs STAFF TRAINING & CUSTOMER SERVICE... SKILLS. Nobody can eat Doughy, undercooked pizza. They are RUDE & ARGUMENTATIVE, especially when they are in the wrong. Nevergo beyond redelivering another pizza. Wasting Customer valuable time. Suggest yall ORDER FROM ANOTHER STORE OR GO GET IT. They make sure the orders are delivered on time even if they have to outsource the drivers. The other place I ordered from would... take a very long time and then call me to tell me they didn't have drivers. I just moved to this neighborhood and happy with thelocal Pizza Hut's response. The service was good as usual, but instead of ordering my usual Tastemaker for $10 I opted for the new Edge pizza and I got one... extra ingredient (roma tomato) that I usually don't get on the Tastemaker and had to pay 4.00 extra for this one ingredient. Iwas highly dissappointed in the pizza and the price for it. I will be returning back to my favorite Tastemaker from now on. Read more
