I love the Big Mac ! Bravo on the consistency! My fries this time were not fresh & not hot ! I wish you would stop asking at... the time of order if I'm using the mobile app! I have no desire to download your app. Why not program your automated bot tosay " thank you for choosing McDonald's.... Let us know if your using our mobile app! Now that would be a fabulous greeting!!! Why not train your people to say that ! Why not have your people at the window taking my money to stop multitasking! Ifeel disrespected when I'm handing my money to someone who is more focused on the drive through and taking someone else'sorder. While in the drive through waiting on my order I noticed an area that I think was refrigerated to my left almost toceiling inside and the glass doors were filthy & looked they had never been cleaned. The food is the same as every McD's- no issues there. However when I pulled up to pay at the drive thru window, first issue was... that they can't scan my app "our system isn't working", then the lady charged me for the wrong meal. A meal that cost MORE thanmy own. Didn't realize until I got to the second window. Manager (I think?) comes over and literally says to me "it's fine, it'sonly a dollar." EXCUSE ME? It's *my* dollar that you overcharged me for. He seemed to recognize that he misspoke (I'm sure myface said it all), and followed that up with "you want an apple pie for it?" No. If I wanted a pie (which I don't bc I can'teat sugar right now...), I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ONE. At least he tried to make amends I guess? Had a simple order that was miscommunication so I let them know at the next window, they wanted to defend the associate instead... of helping fix the order, I had to come inside the store and order, after reorder the order was still wrong and when I asked forhelp I was told ? you don?t know how to order? by a manager who the begin to converse with the associate and laugh as if I was ajoke. Whatever y'all do make sure you check your receipt The lady always upcharges everything without asking first she will put the... regular price on the screen and Tell you to drive around for your total and that's when she up charges everything. They alwaysmake you pull up for your food and when delivered to car something is always missing and the person they send out can neverspeak English. So you have to send your food back and forward and when they finally get it right it's cold. The Women managershave a nasty attitude I made a complaint today and they basically said whatever Because that's stealing by keep upcharging rightbefore you swipe someone card.
