Went here as it was on way home and wife said "can we stop at McDonald's?" I said "sure." My burger, a bacon and cheese 1/4... pounder was dry and literally the worst burger I've everhad. My wife's fries were all the little bitty fries, the dregs, anddidn't EVEN COME CLOSE to filling the pouch. I'm SOOOOO disappointed. At 65 years old, I've eaten A LOT of Mickey D's! Terrible experience. Order took ages, came out in dribs and drabs, cold. Supposed to offer table service but that didn't happen... either. Staff members also had very young baby in food prep area. Read more

Slowest service, food will always be wrong without fail. Rude staff closes early. Prices are higher here, franchisee owner does... not care one bit. I?ve seen roaches in the soda fountain drain, very dirty. Worst one you can go to, go to the one on belt lineless than a minute away, avoid this one. Read more

I don't make reviews very often, but this situation calls for one. This is my first time at this location and I pulled directly... up to the drive thru speaker around 7am. The lady over the speakers was very polite and I immediately asked her if you could usea coupon and a reward (it was about to expire) in the same order. With no hesitation she said I could. I proceeded to order andgive her BOTH of the codes. Once I pull up to the first window to pay I knew my total was too high, so I asked the girl (adifferent one) if by 2 codes went through. She was clueless and not very much help. I told her the situation and we tried toring it up in 2 different transactions, but it would not work because the codes had already been 'used'. I basically had to begher to go get someone to help her and she ended up getting the manager. He was rude to both me AND his employee. He was pushingher out of the way and telling her to move so he didn't have to hear her and me. He started arguing with me saying that I shouldknow this would not work because it says on the app. I completely understand that, however I thought a staff member wouldknow... I was told wrong and he needed to honor it. We were bickering back and forth for a while and ultimately he honored it.Poor customer service. No respect and no knowledge of policies from their employees. Read more

I?m standing in line behind a gentleman, when this cashier completely ignored me as if I wasn?t standing directly behind the... gentleman to be helped. She walked away instead of asking if I need anything. It?s so sad how these McDonald?s operate everysince this machine was created. It?s like they don?t do customer service anymore. Before you walk away you?re trained to askevery customer ?May I Help You?, please corporate this McDonald?s have seem to forgot what customer service means. Retrainingfor the whole Spanish speaking AM crew who you can?t communicate with because there all so busy to see you standing there. Read more
