I drove up to the drive through window at 7:42 on 11/11/2022 and waited for about 3 minutes. Working in restaurants myself when... I was younger I happen to know that there is a sensor that alerts a beep into the headset, so I backed up and drove backforward. No big deal. As soon as I pulled back up I was asked why did you back up like that? You cant be patient bro? To which Ireplied my understanding of the system as described above . He didn't care and persisted that I had no patience and startingarguing with me, so I left. I understand his frustration from working in restaurants myself but I would never disrespect acustomer like this. I feel this was EXTREMELY unprofessional. As a regular customer i would be doing this location a disserviceby not complaining. If I was the manager I would write him up in a heart beat so that way hopefully he can start to learn aboutcustomer service. Read more
Docking stars due to lack of comfortable booth seating. Seriously? They are designed for people with the frame of Lance... Armstrong, not actual, real, human beings who have a little around the middle. Plus, also docking because the only availabletable that was not a booth was in a cloister so cluttered with baby seats (really, they did not need that many) it was notsuitable. Horrid. Read more
This is the closest mcdonalds to my job but ive stopped visiting this location, i have to always repeat my code multiple times,... sometimes they dont even apply my code to my order. so early in the morning i don't even feel like arguing with the employees! Read more
App and online says open till 11pm and drive through open till 12 am. Placed and order and showed up before 10 and all the... outside lights were off and employees cleaning inside and ignoring everyone. There was about 6 other cars there. Read more
