This McDonald's has the STUPIDEST workers ever. My goodness y'all suck at your job. Y'all can't even cook precooked food... correctly. If you can't speak or understand english, maybe not work in fast food. Every order is either wrong, missing, raw, orburnt. Absolute horrible service and food ever since the remodel. And why have a dining room if it's hardly open. Should havejust left the building torn down. Read more
The renovations have really given the restaurant a more eat, study, leave environment. The inside is very modern now however,... the priority is still drive thru. It took about 30 minutes to get our food but it was fresh and hot! Overall, the upgrade isnice but they could use a balance within their customer service range. Read more
Breakfast is always so good and the people are nice to talk to on the speakers. Your doing a great job and it shows with a new... building you put up on Story road. Good job and it shows. This morning I stopped by to pick up an order I made on McDonald's app and had the code that been paid for. For some reason the... system wasn't working so I got there @9:28am they tell me sorry we didn't get your order and stop serving breakfast. First ofall I haven't had any coffee and have 3kids sick at home.Luckily,I had patience I spoke to the manager with respect and guesswhat?! She fixed the issue quick!! If you don't snap and start treating employees with respect and don't raise your voicethey'll help you. I've seen videos how customers be treating employees @McDonald's and other fast food places,so sad????. Folksbefore getting hangry take a deep breath and talk right. Anyways, The Hispanic manager knew what she was doing so proud of her!! Forgot to get her name???? Smh. I waited in line for 30 minutes, and they forgot to add pickles to my burger, I asked for no tomatoes and they added... tomatoes, they forgot my fries as well. On top of that I asked for 2 mcflurrys and they were both not even half full. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would, they were horrible before and now that ot renewed and opened up again its even worse... they close dining in early and drive thru is a nightmare its worse than 35 traffic they take forever to take your order and getpeople moving... don't recommend it. Would leave zero rating if possible. Was in drive thru around midnight, was not even that busy. Ordered 2 meals and when I got... home the fries were not fully cooked all the way through. Called to explain but no one ever answered. Terrible Read more
