A modern and elegant sushi bar in Las Colinas! The place was super clean and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the... menu. The waitress and staff were very attentive (filling waiter, closing blinds, etc). And they have a very generous lunchmenu, which I love! The miso soup came out first, and it was deliciously salty and savory. The bento box looked beautiful! Thebulgogi wasn’t too sweet, which I appreciated. I at first was going to go with rice vs. the wasabi mashed potatoes, butthankfully the waitress convinced me to get it. It was amazing! I was invited here by my coworker who had once been here before. I had a great experience. Our server, Thuy, gave us the BEST... customer service. Her personality is awesome! She is a gem!! The food was so good as well. I had ramen with chicken. I told ThuyI liked mine spicy and she said they would make it spicy for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. This is a lunch hot spot in Las Colinas. They also serve wine and beer. The bento bowls were delicious. I had one of... steak. However I didn’t like that they brought one person’s food about 10mins before they brought remaining 2 people’sfood. They should have served all at the same time. The izakaya I wanted to go was full so we gave this place a try. I’m so glad I did! I will definitely be back for sushi boat... next time. Tuna quality is good for Dallas standard. We can’t expect to get seafood like East coast but Little Katana will do.My favorite was Tuna sashimi whixh was surprisingly really fresh. Sea bass was cooked really well as well. Came for a late lunch with a friend who recommended the place, and the food was delicious! The restaurant and bathroom was... clean, the wait staff was really nice, and the food came out great ???????? We started out with the Garlic Spicy Edamame (itwasn't terribly spicy for those who don't like spicy) and it was so flavorful! We also had the Sizzling Dumplings, and they werealso really good, especially with the plum and sweet chili sauce. We ordered Yellowtail sashimi and 3 rolls to share - theCharming Roll, the Crunch Roll, and the King Kong Roll. All of the rolls were really good, but the King Kong Roll was the star -it was crunchy (I think it was fried on the outside) and had so many delicious ingredients! Sup homies, For dinner today I came back to Little Katana. Probably the best sushi place in Las Colinas. Have been here a few... times and it’s always really good, fresh tasting sushi. This Asian chefs know what’s up. Also, the ramen is great. TonightI kept it simple. Started with a Fire Roll sushi, then the Osaka ramen, followed by this little delicious fellows called“Mochi” for dessert. They all get a 10/10.
