Nothing on the menu for ala carte chicken tenders. Tried to order ala carte & was charged same price as combo, only without... drink & biscuit. Asked for Sprite & he said they had it. They don't. He said they had lemonade. Found out when I got home it wasPINK Lemonade. A whole different drink!!! Wasn't happy. First time I came here I had wonderful, exceptional service. This time,not so much. Very poor service, what happen with KFC keeping up their high standards. I am Hispanic , but speak no Spanish ,. Nothing but... non speaking Hispanic women working there that get orders wrong,. This has been a complaint for the past 3 years, thought I givethem a try, nothing has changed. No where to complain too, KFC don't care and manager does not care.
