Poor customer service. My delivery took nearly an hour-and-a-half. I called the store manager to complain, and he was... unsympathetic. I demanded a refund, and he told me he would only do so if my delivery was canceled. Very unprofessional. Thesecond star is for possible leeway for an understaffed store. I?m curious if it?s your policy to have your employees wash their hands after handling a mop and mop bucket, before making a... sandwich. This seems like a basic human practice, but I guess not for the employees here. Been coming to this Jimmy John?s foryears. Never again. Shameful. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been ordering from this location for years through my company's account, usually I... order for delivery but this time I order to pick up in store. Got to the store said it was a pick up, gave my name and waited alittle bit... An employee called my name and I took my bag, left. When I got to my office and opened the bag I was missing asandwich. I called the store and THOMAS who identified as the store manager was very harsh and said that I was required to tellthem in store that I had two orders... I tried to explain but he was very unprofessional and said that he wasn't going to doanything because it was my fault. I asked for his last name and he said that he was "uncomfortable" giving his last name overthe phone and that he needed to know for what purpose I wanted it, I said I will call customer service to see if they can help,HE SAID SOMETHING MIMBLING AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. This is the kind of people that take businesses to the ground. This attitude,this kind of behavior. We will never order from this location again, the employees are not up to the standard of JJ. I had ordered for delivery and as my order approached and the driver took the money FOR my food he asked me if I was going to... leave a tip, after I explained I only had exact change, the delivery driver started demanding a tip out of me (usually I knowdrivers don?t carry that much change which is why I try to have exact cash change if I?m paying in person) I only had a $50 billbesides the exact change I had for my food, so I apologized and he went about his day, couples minutes later I hear a knock onmy door and I guess the delivery driver went somewhere and retrieved change for my $50 bill, he told me he now had change for my50, I was only planning to leave a $5 tip considering I already felt super uncomfortable. He tries giving me $25 in change formy $50 bill instead of $45 and says ?We?re starting from scratch as if you didn?t pay me for the food including tip $25? hetried to hustle me for my money and demand more. I wanted to just make everyone aware considering I live alone with my kid andthese sort of situations can make you very paranoid, I?m ordering food never did I think I?d have to experience something likethis. Magically all surrounding stores in the irving area have machines that are down that turn brake rotors. Have been that way for 3... or 4 months. All stores have signage indicating they offer the service still though. Read more

Very slow delivery (over an hour) and they always seem to forget something, e.g drink, chips, etc. Sandwiches are good but they... really are not ?freaky fast? as advertised. More like stupendously slow. Read more

I've been ordering from this location for a while. There have been a few mishaps but nothing like today's awful experience. I... ordered online with complete instructions including suite. The tracker app read my order was delivered but it was not. Icalled Jimmy Johns and the GM Jake said it went to a suite that was not on the ticket. I asked for a refund because I cannoteven access the floor my lunch was delivered to. The GM was rude and had given a 25% tip to a delivery person who obviouslycannot or refused to read my ticket. It even had a phone number. As for the GM Jake, I guess anyone can be GM these days. Ihave nothing good to say about this place. I have proof that my ticket was totally ignore. Now I have to go out for my lunchwhen I had a lot of work to do. Rude and unreliable is the best way to describe Jimmy Johns. Read more

DON'T ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Period. We go inside and eat sometimes and the experience is great and we never have... any issues. We have now been waiting 80 minutes for delivery and we live 1.5 miles away..... I understand there are staffingshortages and peak lunch times, but come on, this wait time is ridiculous for a company that claims "Freaky Fast" as theirslogan. I won't be ordering delivery from this location again and will just go elsewhere if delivery is needed. Read more
