I ordered quite a bit of food. 2 meals,(burger fries & drink) 2 kids meals and 8 tacos with 2 orders of curly fries. I get to... the window and Receive 1 bag, I was impressed they could fit it all in one. I pulled over to check my order only to havereceived one meal an a kids meal. So I proceed back to the line and mention I?m missing half of my food, the worker is like?yeah come to the front? (guess they realized) so I get what I thought was the rest of my food then noticed I am STILL missing 2orders of curly fries. So for the 3rd time I am having to wait back in line because the doors are locked at a certain time andnobody wants to answer the phone. So I finally get through the drive thru to tell him I am STILL missing 2 orders of curlyfries;he tells me to pull up to the window & still gave me 1 order of fries. Read more

This location has the absolute worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. The employees here hardly speak any English (night... staff) so, this causes a lot of issues when ordering since they don?t really understand what you are saying. This location is 6minutes from my home so my family and I frequent this location a lot.l never have any issues with the day time staff. I had tocall cooperate and create a Twitter account to express the level of unprofessional people I encountered on the night I placed myorder. Man, hands down the best fast food experience I?ve had all year!! Fast, efficient, and nice. There was at least 6 cars ahead of... me when I pulled up. I got my food in less than 5 minutes and everything was correct and fresh. I got here around 11:30 pm.. Iheaded here from another Jack in the box that closed an hour early. I was just thinking on the way over, based on all my fastfood experiences this year, that thanks to the great resignation and everybody being short staffed that terrible customerservice, work ethic, food quality etc was the new standard and that we just have to put up with it. First off, I want to start by saying this is my first experience with Jack in the Box. I saw a lot of bad reviews for this... place, so I was very hesitant to come here. I'm only able to rate this place 4 out of 5 because the man that took our orderacted like he hated his job and they missed the sauces requested. Besides that, everything was good! We ordered 3 burgers, and2 extra sides of fries. Everything in our order was correct. All of our food was hot and we were through the drive through veryquickly. All in all, about 15 minutes or less. The quality of the food was very good, no complaints about anything. It was allmade correctly and exactly as ordered. The drinks were correct and they gave us no hassle with the order. At the end of theday, it was good! I would come here again to order, and im proud to say that. For them being open 24 hours, Im sure the staffchanges, but overall a good experience! Read more
