Went through the drive through at 1:39:55 pm yesterday. It was terrible. Grilled chicken sandwich bun tasted burned, tacos were... wet and dripping with grease. It made me sick ????. Also took forever to get through the drive through. Read more
Quite a few times over a long period of time I would try to order through the app and I would get a message that this location... was not accepting orders through the app. I had specials that were only good through the app and I'm not about to drive clearacross town just to get the special. And quite a few times I asked for whipped cream on my iced coffee and was told they wereout of whipped cream. So I'm not at all happy with this location. Read more
I'm a late night Uber driver, and when I'm done with my runs, I just want some quick food before I get home, and this used to be... one of my favorite stops. Now, they are closed before midnight, even though all the signage insists this is a 24 hr location.Maybe they think that means 24hr/wk? Lol. That's okay. I'll just take my money elsewhere. Every time I come here there?s an issue. Whether it be my food made incorrectly or it be the terrible attitude from the... employees. It really seems like no one cares about their job or giving good service. Only time I ever get good service is lateat night, but even then my food doesn?t come correct. Today I ordered a teriyaki bowl, but it came with no teriyaki sauce, justplain white rice and chicken thrown on top. Not to mention I asked for teriyaki on the side because this ALWAYS happens, but Iwasn?t given any. Instead of I was given soy sauce that I didn?t ask for. When I try to call the store to get it fixed, thenumber says it is out of service. At my last straw and I?m done coming to this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't expect much, but if I could give negative stars I would, place is posted as open 24 hours. I... ordered food online, they took my money, when I arrived they were "closed" had a guy turning people away. I explained that I hadan online order and he let me in line. got to the window, SHOWED THEM THE RECEIPT ON MY PHONE AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR MYORDER. Went through the drive-up and was greeted with a Hi! That was it... not welcome to or how may I help you or may I interest you... in a... nothing! Took my order and said pull through. Like really? Service was terrible!!! Food had virtually no taste. Frieswere almost cold; luke warm at best. No napkins in the bag. I said thank you... the young kid said nothing and closed thewindow.
