My last visit I asked for fresh fríes cause the last 2 times they were soft and stale this time they still gave me old fried if... your not busy don't cook too many fríes I'm sure if you tell people we got fresh fríes about to come out they won't mind alittle wait...wow looks like they need to restaff this location way too many bad reviews, let's try something invest a littlemore to get beter more resposable employees start with new management and retrain everyone. Pulled up in drive thru around 11pm and there were two vehicles ahead of us. Sat in drive thru waiting for 40 minutes to order.... Finally decided to leave and when we drove around there were two employees just sitting at the front counter talking paying thevehicles no mind that were waiting to order. Then the two workers came out and left. Apparently this location doesn't stay opentil 2am like it states. Very unprofessional of staff to make cars wait Went again last night and was turned away from the drivethru by a man I'm guessing he was a manager but he wasn't in no uniform. They should get the operational hours straight becauseit says they are supposed to close at 2am not 11pm not 12 midnight... Read more
Where should I start. Really I didn't want to give any stars at all. My order was wrong. I had half onion rings and half fries.... Someone had jokes that day. Lucky I was on lunch break and had to go back fast or Someone would of got it thrown at there face.When you hire kids. Don't let them cook or take orders. Order taker put Someone you can understand and can take an ordercorrectly. Owners and managers, make better choices on who you hire. After a long trip where I ended up without my luggage. This was the only place within walking distance that was open but only... drive through so they refused to sell me any food.
