I got told that the lobby is closed and there are people in the lobby eating also they said "oh we don't have time to deal with... our BS" and got told to leave while they were giving me a dirty look. Above ?? is what My Husband sent me just now. I used towork for this company back in 2016 this is not how we did business,poor excuse of customer service, being served cold soggyfries and stale tacos,burned spicy chicken strips the last few times I've gone here on my lunch break. Please train your staffbetter on customer service and Maybe hire better people who actually want to work. Read more
These tacos I got were so stale I didn't even bother to finish them. Granted it was 3 am, but that doesn't excuse serving... terribly stale food. Even my curly fries were cold and old. Read more
I just had such a bad experience here. I spent 15 mins trying to put my order in at the drive-through, but the women taking the... orders just kept repeating the order back to me wrong. I couldn't give her the number of the item that I wanted because thejunior burger meals don't have numbers. I had 4 items to order and couldn't even get through the first two items. She startedgetting frustrated and shouting at me through the speaker. I tried to be patient and communicate clearly, but I was also gettingupset and frustrated. I even tried saying my order in Spanish. When it got to the point that I was shaking, I had to give up anddrive off. This is why Chick-fil-A has a line all the way down the road, and Jack-in-the box has 2 cars. Ordering food shouldn'tbe a traumatic experience. Read more
This Jack in the Box is in Irving, Texas. This particular Jack in the Box has terrible service. I had to repeat my order three... times before the attendant could get my order right. That person repeated my order back to me incorrectly every time. I wentthrough the drive-thru, when I got home I was missing curly fries,one burger, and the Dr Pepper I ordered turned out to belemonade. If you visit this Jack in the Box for food, I recommend strongly you check what you have been given, right then andthere. No matter how long you've already waited in line, you still have to carefully check what you've been given. Their pricesare already high enough it's even worse when you get shorted on your order. You can forget trying to contact them to complainabout your order, no one answers the phone. Read more

Food was consistent with their other locations. I would say that the employees were polite but I couldn't understand them... because they had masks on and had a giant shield. You need to have one or the other, with both you can't understand them orhear them. Read more
The cashier was friendly and the food was fresh hot and good. I love this location
