I worked for Jack back in 1968 since then Jack has alerted the content of its food, it?s kind of sad, because they had a pretty... good menu line, that is nothing like it is today. Shakes are completely different from 1968, Jack at that time had the besttasting Shakes amongst the fast food industry, the shakes had tiny ice crystals, that would freeze the back of your throat, thatwould enhance the flavor of the shake, not any more, shakes are now creamy with a completely different consistency, they shouldhave kept their original recipe. On to the Tacos, again probably the best fast food Tacos in the fast food world, real groundbeef, now it?s not even meat, it?s some kind of ground up meal paste soybean product, I don?t even think there?s a stich of meatin their Tacos. Hamburger are not even close, and of course the fifty nine cent Jumbo Jack not ever worth mentioning, what doyou expect from a Clown with a ginormous head, a carrot nose and a yellow pointed hat? The guy got my drink wrong twice! All their flavors of soda are flat! Not to mention he hardly spoke any English so my entire... order was wrong. The worker is here every time I come to this location giving customers old fries/chicken tenders. Read more
Spent about $12 on their grilled chicken sandwich combo? I don?t recall the quality being this bad. I know it?s a fast food... chicken sandwich but I recall it being advertised as ?100% white meat? & my sandwich was dark and gray. Do not recommend andwill not be going back. Read more

I will not be back. The manager (Maria) said I can't use the Free fries coupon in store and have to order on app. When I read... the coupon, it said in store only, not valid on MOBILE APP! I pointed it out to the manager and she said it just won't work intheir computer, didn't even try. This is the 2nd or 3rd time they have done this to me at this location. (4711). Read more
Good customer service. Only thing it takes so long to have food ready. Maybe it was just my 1st visit so I went 3 other times... and it still took awhile. It was fresh tho. Don't go if you have 30m lunch. Read more

So my girlfriend and I tried to go through the drive through and order and the guy at the drive through kept cutting me off... before I could finish telling him what we wanted to order and kept getting it incorrect. We then got to the window and asked tospeak to a manager and were told by a second guy that there was no manager on duty and he was extremely rude to us. In the foodindustry there is always a closing manager!! At that point we told them to forget about the order entirely and we left. Wethen went elsewhere to get our food and I will be calling corporate about the staff who work at this location and theirunprofessionalism.
