I found chicken feather in what supposed to be a vegan dish. You can?t call yourself a vegan place if you don?t really mean it!

Best Indian food I?ve had in dallas. We got the Avatar Vindaloo, Aloo Gobi and the Veg korma, that one was the best.

My favorite is the eggplant curry and samosa. I will continue to buy from here as it is one of the few indian vegan options... available. I would love to see gobi manchurian offered some day. My only suggestion would be to use less oil. Read more

Agree with other review that it is within a non-veg restaurant Southern spice. I ordered 2 curries with rice as to go. When i... got home there was biryani (which usually has yogurt) instead of rice. The receptionist called me proactively to apologise andlet me know of the mix up. No refund was given to me next day as the manager defended that the biryani was actually vegan. Theydon't even have vegan biryani in the indian vegan cafe menu. It is in the Southern Spice menu. It is clear to me that its acover up at this point. I won't be going to this place anymore. It is important for Vegan restaurants to be strictly vegan andto avoid cross-pollination in case you are a ghost kitchen working in a non-veg restaurant. Read more

It?s okay. I think this place IS Southern Spice, but it?s their vegetarian options. The rice was good. Curry was okay,... definitely not enough spice or flavor. Naan was bad. Wasn?t a fan. It was on the tough side, and is very flat. Would I comeback? Probably not. Read more
