First time customer, just moved to the area. totally dessapointed. Pizza and breadsticks were burnt. Manager had terrible attitude, service was overall terrible. Customer service is absolutely fantastic!! I talked to Andrew the manager. Let me tell you.. this guy needs to travel and hold... classes and teach people in the same industry about Customer Service, he's absolutely the best. Food is also outstanding. I hadn't been here in close to 15 years...since they were at their old location. In late January I came with a group of over 10... people and they sat us in the back. Ambiance seemed fine. Overall I think they did a good job of accommodating the largegroup. They were a bit slow on bringing out the checks but that's probably to be expected given the checks were split 10+ways. I ordered a lunch pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos. It tasted good and I particularly liked the cheese on it. Still,it was not the most amazing pizza i've ever had. It was "ok." All the meals came with a salad and complimentary bread. Iordered the house salad which was just a generic iceberg lettuce salad. Literally the only other things on it were 1 olive, 1banana pepper, and a lot of italian dressing. And by a lot, I mean a LOT. I was thinking about how doused the salad was andthen other people at the table started talking about it. If the dressing hadn't been overdone, the taste would have been good,but still in 2017 I'd expect a higher quality salad than this (with perhaps some mixed greens in there and more toppings). Thecomplimentary bread was good. I love how it's cut in such a way that it's real easy to tear pieces off. Also, there were someflatbread chips in the breadbasket. I intentionally avoided these but did eat some after having eaten all the bread and mustsay they taste better than they look. I would definitely recommend eating here if you are in the area. Just don't expect anymind blowing experience of food nirvana. Read more
