Well worst Pizza I ever had because the ground was totally burned. We still did eat it because we were hungry and we didn?t have... time to go to another restaurant but I should have sent it back and left that place. We ordere a large Pizza for 30 dollar andtwo drinks and paid 40dollar total. The service was fine and the apple juice also fine, that is the only reason why I give 1star. Read more

The first impression was bad, the place did not look good, with dirty floors, severe pieces of food and small garbage could be... seen on the floor. Second, when choosing a table on the patio, the waiter directed us to a table with a tablecloth visibly dirtywith tomato sauce. When I pointed it out, the waiter simply tried to flip the tablecloth, which seemed rude and without anysanitation care, so we decided to go inside, the service was slow, I noted that there were no other customers in the place. Thewaiters were relaxing around the place, finally taking the order, which arrived at the table in reasonable time, I can't say itwas the best pizza. Was excited to try this place but definitely won't be coming back here again. The young guy making the pizza had to be immature... about it. We asked for jalapeños on our pizza and as the pictures shown he decided to dump it on the pizza. We over heard aworker say thats a "whole lot of jalapeños" instead of fixing it they served it to us. There was more jalapeños than themeat. We told the waitress and she asked if they should make another. Instead we told to give a plate so we can place all theextra jalapeños. We are not one to waste food neither do we want the cooks to spit in our food. Immature workers won't make arestaurant good. Food for thought. Very nice ambience, we sat under the lights outside. Quick seating. Extremely helpful and patient waiter. The mixed drinks were... a little overpriced, but the food.... we ordered a pizza - The crust was really like nothing else. The taste of the freshingredients combined with the unique crust created a wonderful eating experience. Will be back. Read more

Always looking for good, honest businesses to support. Grimaldi's is one of those places. They are a Pizzaria, and that is all... they are. New York thin crust pizza well done in a coal fired oven. They use simple ingredients all freshly prepared. Becareful of the meats if you're sensitive to curing ingredients but be sure to check with the staff if there are any question. Otherwise, this is not your typical pizza joint. They have a full bar and a warm and inviting staff helpful with any questionsyou may have. If you find yourself in the Irving, Tx area I highly recommend stopping in. Read more

I ordered the pesto pizza with the spicy chicken sausage topping. When I opened the box the pizza was completely burnt the crust... was burnt too and it was missing the toppings as well. When I called to let them know about it their response was we have beenout of the spicy chicken since 2 days and there is nothing we can do and since it was through a delivery app they asked me tocheck with them and they won?t be able to help out and the manager I talked to was not at all professional or helpful.
