Went a few weeks ago, and the only guy at the counter was nice. However the ice cream I got , I added chocolate chips and the... chips tasted extremely sour to where I couldn't even eat the ice cream, and my child had one with white chocolate chips andsprinkles, and that didn't even taste good. We ended up getting really bad stomach aches. It was also very wa inside thebuilding, so the ice cream was already melting by the time we sat down to eat it. Read more
Jevaan is so friendly and customer service oriented. We always come here for our ice cream and always hope for him to be here.... Service is great. The ice cream is so fabulous. We order birthday cakes here to for everyone all year long. Definitely worth it. Read more
What has happened to this place. The lady taking care of us (blue shirt) might as well tell us to get the F out. Like she was... doing us a favor for serving the ice cream and charging us. Just save yourself a headache and go to the one in coppell only a10min drive. Read more
Got a waffle bowl with chocolate ice cream and Reese?s peanut butter cup mixed in. The chocolate ice cream is to die for. Price... was in line with other stores. I am in town visiting from another state but if I lived here it would be my new go to ice creamshop. Read more
OK I ate my ice cream way too fast to get a good picture - that being said - it was DELICIOUS. They had so many funky and... delicious flavors!! Mine had like marshmallows and gummy and m&ms and it was cotton candy flavored and blue?? My husband lovedthe cookies and cream milk shake. The staff was super nice and fast. I really love Marble Slab ice cream, but I was extremly disappointed at this location. It did not look very clean, staff... clothes looked greasy and dirty. I was with a friend and this location was closer to them. The ice cream I chose was almost outso she scrapped what was left barley making a scoop and made my order. I was embarrassed I chose this location. Staffed appearedto just be doing their job but not really caring or happy. Read more
I would never recommend going to this place. The icecream are kinda pricey. Even for a single scoop it's around 6$. Fancy store... and fancy was of pressing and mixing ice cream with other toppings over a cold slab. Clean store, friendly staff and fastservice. Personally the icecream taste was good nothing great or special. Read more
