I asked for the new spicy wings. They kept asking ?you said regular?? Over and over and we kept saying ?No, the new spicy... wings?. I've visited this location twice in a two week span. Both times my sides were mash potatoes, yet I cannot get plasticware to eat... my mash. I pay but I don't receive... I made an order online at 5:25pm and I had it set for pickup at 9:15pm.. I came at 9:15pm and asked for my order and I have to... wait 8 minutes or more for my food.. what's the purpose of having an online order if your not gone have it ready for 9pm.. or by9:15pm.. The manager and staff all were rude!! They put my mash potatoes in a cup and they were old. Told the cashier I didn't want it... and she still tried to make me take the food. After 3 times the manager came with an attitude and said that's all they had. Itold her well I'd rather have my money, just got upset and forced my receipt and card in my hand!! The good....the roll and fries. Also restaurant itself is kind of cute. Other than that not a fan. The chicken fingers were... ?limp? if that?s a thing.... almost seemed a little underdone. I ordered and paid for an extra ranch. When my order came upthere was only 1 ranch so I said that I had ordered an extra ranch. The response was ?31cents.? Yes I understand however Ialready PAID for it. I was stared at then the employee looked back at the screen overhead, (couldn?t possibly take my word forit) to confirm this first then went and got it. Not one word about it other than 31cents. Like seriously people. If I?m gonnadrop $8 on a lunch, I?d like a little courtesy and I promise, I?m not trying to steal your ranch cup.
