I asked for the new spicy wings. They kept asking ?you said regular?? Over and over and we kept saying ?No, the new spicy... wings?. They basically gave me regular wings with a side of hot sauce and spicy seasoning. Worst customer service, the leastthey could do is tell us they messed up our order. Read more
I've visited this location twice in a two week span. Both times my sides were mash potatoes, yet I cannot get plasticware to eat... my mash. I pay but I don't receive... I made an order online at 5:25pm and I had it set for pickup at 9:15pm.. I came at 9:15pm and asked for my order and I have to... wait 8 minutes or more for my food.. what's the purpose of having an online order if your not gone have it ready for 9pm.. or by9:15pm..
