For a franchise burger joint they haven't disappointed me at this location. I typically get the Veggie sandwich add bacon with... a side of Cajun fries. The staff has changed a few times but the quality of the meal has been consistent. A must try locationfor a good lunch meal. Read more

Slightly pricey but worth it. The extra fries in your sack makes up for the extra pennies on the ticket, but the burger flavor... is worth way more. Best burger in D/FW by a mile. Ice cream goodies are worth talking about as well. You can't go wrong at thisjoint other than eating too much cuz it tastes so good!!! Read more

The door was broken to get in. The place wreaked of sour mop water. The cashier seemed distracted. The coke machine spit out... dirt with the ice and none of the options worked. The tables were sticky. The fries were covered in salt to the point theywere inedible. Burger was ok. We paid $40 for this meal for 2 and we could went to In and Out across the street forphenomenally better quality experience for half the price. Don't come here. Read more

$37 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Not the issue, but when I have to come home and put the burgers on fresh buns (that i luckily had... at home)because the ones that we got were soaking wet and just blobs of dough. Of course not one of my 7 phone calls wasanswered. So very dissatisfied and disappointed. Next time I want a burger we will make the trip to Braums or Burger King. Read more

I informed the cashier it was my first time going to their restaurant. The cashier was just clueless about the menu. Their hot... dogs are cut in half and placed on a hamburger bun. A picky eating kid would be extremely disappointed and disgusted. As minewas. The cashier failed to inform me fries didn't come with the 10$ burger even though we brought 3$ sodas. So in total burger, fries & drink 16$ Can somebody say high prices Cholesterol. Read more

This review is based on my sons review because I bought it for him. I was taken aback by the price tag of $19 for a burger and... fries. I am not a cheap person by far when it comes to eating out, HOWEVER that was overkill for me. He said it was worth itbecause it was filling and delicious though. I guess! Read more

This is great place to go. All process from order to leave the place were smooth. Staffs were passionate and diligent. It gave... me cozy to stay and low volume of music seems to be very well planned. Burgers, fries and drinks are great of course needless tosay. And complimentary peanuts are #1 that I?ve ever tasted in the US restaurants. It was just like peanut butter and soft. Iwonder what the secret they have to provide quality of peanuts and foods. Just thumbs up! Read more

???? I appreciated the friendly service The fries here are really good and served in VERY generous portions. Grilled onions are... a nice touch for no upcharge. Burger was prepared with the toppings I ordered. ????My number was called, but when I got to thecounter to get it, it wasn't on the counter, and I waited a bit for someone to hand it to me. My burger was just OK. The bun wasalmost cold - definitely cooler than room temperature. The meat had very little flavor but had a visually appealing char. However, there were small hard bits of char that hurt my teeth when I bit into them. I had to spit them out.The lettuce on myburger was mostly the white crunchy part, hardly any green, tasted fine, but not appealing. I only got 3 very small pickles. It's been a while since I ate at Five Guys, but I "remembered" it being better than this. Maybe an off night? I really don'tlike how they serve your food in a bag even if you're eating in. You basically have to dump your fries out to get to your burgerand any on-the-side stuff you asked for. It's also not a fast meal. Seems pricey at $16 for a cheeseburger, small fries, andregular drink. These things are an expected part of the Five Guys experience...just not my cup of tea. Too many better burgersin this town. Read more
