I was not sure about stopping by in this Salvadorean restaurant after reading all the previous reviews? thank God we did and... didn?t believe all we read. FOOD was great tasting and hot. SERVICE was awesome the girls are young and beautiful and providedall of our request on time and with a smile. They were NOT rude and all helped each other with the tables. I will come back forsure!! Went here today for breakfast the pupusas we're ok had better and the Plato Frito was disgusting didn't finish it. The girls... were sweeping while we ate ???? all the dust flying everywhere. I found a fly in my coffee and told the waitress. That's justturned my stomach she brought me another cup but I was just not in the mood no more. I asked for a soda and she was refusingsaying their was no way their could be a fly bc she brought fresh coffee. I told her I wasn't asking for anything free and Iwanted a soda so charge me and bring it. I don't know why she was so mad I was the one drinking coffee with a fly and I wasn'tasking for anything free so me paying I could buy a soda if I want to. They also never give receipt of your purchase with theitems just a full price. Last time ever going here. Read more
The food was good as was the service. Yes, it was loud... but I already knew that before going. The complaints on the... waitresses? It didn't come up for us. The hostess and manager who greeted us at the door were friendly and helpful, as was ourwaitress. I didn't catch her name, but she was the short, plump one with the bright lipstick and flower in her hair. We orderedtortillas and she brought them hot and freshly made in 2-3 minutes. She was a love. When we return, we're going to try and getseated in her station. :) Yes, there was a different waitress who was rude, but she seemed to be the exception and not therule. I really regret not getting her name to share it here, since she may be the one who is giving all the waitresses here abad name. Read more
If I could give it zero stars I would. The floor has dirty used napkins on it the staff just walked by instead of picking them... up and discarding in the trash. Our waitress had a major attitude problem and was not friendly at all. The table we were givenwas wobbly and we had to ask someone to fix it so instead of giving us a new table they propped the wobbly leg up withcardboard. The music played here was incredibly loud and the food was just not good and one of the forks we were given has oldcrusty food on it so not even the utensils were washed properly. I would most definitely not recommend this restaurant as it isdirty and the food is not good. Read more
I came here one time before and had pupusas but they weren't great at all. I gave it another try today, because my mother came... back from a trip and she was craving a soup. I was craving salvadorean breakfast, to say that the breakfast was the worst I everhad it's an understatement. I literally paid extra for Sour cream, wanted huevos rancheros and arroz curtido and it tasteddisgusting, didn't even touch the rice, the eggs had a smell on them. We had a great lunch. The El Salvador Restaurant offered us a great cross-section of Latin American cuisine in a casual, but... exciting venue. We enjoyed the music as much as the buffet. Read more
They've improved their service and food from the first time I visited, my family keep visiting this place because they have they... best salvadorean food in the dallas metroplex. Read more
