Always a great experience. No matter how busy they are my order is always correct.

Went in for the first time since living in Irving, expecting good food and service - unfortunately that what not the case ????... Behind the counter was a train wreck - 5 employees, possibly including the Manager and nobody waited on us even though we werethe only customers waiting at the order line. Finally one guy came over who seemed to know what he was doing and took our order.The floors in the eating area were very dirty. The bagle was good, but we won't be going back because of the dirty environmentand bad service. Hope the situation improves there. Read more

I came at around 8:45 AM and the place was quiet with only a few couples dining in. The staff manning the order counter was... polite and friendly. I think Einstein toasted bagels with shmear is the tastiest. They also have the most variety in the shmeartaste. I love their honey almond one. Read more

Great Einstein Bros. Bagels ???? location in Las Colinas. Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the office. The staff was... very nice and attentive. I got me a bagel breakfast sandwich ???????? and a coffee ?? and it was delicious. Will definitely begoing back! Read more

Nov. 2020: still loving this place. Great food and great service. Their social distancing and handling of everything has just... been solid. Only thing to make it better would be if I could slide my own cc and not have to hand it to an attendant. Howeverthe sanitizer is right there incase you wanted it. They have even placed coffee cup lids in individual baggies so they?re nottouched and exposed to others. 2017: Love their bagels and their staff! Always so welcoming. The only reason i give it a 4 staris if you go during the morning rush hour it does take a while to get your breakfast. If you have the extra minutes its totallyworth it. Read more

Excellent variety with superb customer service! We're from out of town and couldn't decide, so the ultimate decision.... a... baker's dozen assorted bagels half sliced and toasted, the other half just boxed up to take home(glad we got an assortmentbecause each different flavor was WONDERFUL).The lady behind the counter took time to package up some bags and supplies for myorder. All the employees had great personalities! The pic is after we tore into the box, please don't judge the employees...they packaged everything beautifully and with care! Good food and friendly staff as I've come to expect from Einstein. Loved the open layout of this location and their outdoor... patio. The location is difficult to see from MacArthur as it's in the strip behind the street front businesses. Read more
