I ordered online a large cheese pizza and a sandwich which was supposed to be ready for pick up in 15minutes but had received... them after almost 25 minutes (ordered at 2pm on a Monday reasonably a less busy hour and got my order ready on 2:24). The staffjust hand me over these but did not offer any compensation. Please note that I was late for an important appointment for thisdelay. Very disappointing! Read more
Food is always accurate.. I normally pick it up so I don't know about the delivery. Store is always clean. Driveway is tricky... getting in and out and the parking lot has a lot of potholes. But the deals are great. Read more
The kids here don?t know what they are doing. Ordering from here can take up to two hours to get a pizza. Just opt for carry out... if you want dominos that bad. Read more
I have ordered from this location a few times, and only once have they got it right! Today was the last straw! My food was over... 30mins late, and it was warm at best. The food did not taste good at this temp, and it was just hugely disappointing! When Icalled the store, I was blown off and just told that they already sent a driver out! Ordered a pizza for delivery from the 222 N Story Rd dominoes and received my food in horrible condition. The pizza looked like... the box had been shaken/rummaged through along with missing pieces of the actual pizza. I was missing multiple icings that Iordered and paid for, the cinnamon twist did not even come with one icing in the box. I also ordered the lava cakes and when Iopened the box all of them were squished and or broken. I always try and tip well and try not to make anything too complicated,I don?t know if this happened at the store or with the driver but i am very disappointed, i am 6 months pregnant and was lookingforward to eating this food but couldn?t cause of how it looked and because of the missing pizza pieces. Ordered a pizza at 11:25 am today and estimated delivery per dominos email was 15-25 minutes. Pizza arrived at 12:35 cold and... looks like it was made hours ago. We use to order from location at least twice a month and it?s gone severely downhill. Willorder from papa johns or Pizza Hut instead moving forward. Read more
Don?t know how, but the cheesy bread gave my boyfriend and I food poisoning bad. It?s the only thing we ate together yesterday.
