Well, once again, I ordered from here out of lack of time and convenience... and like the other 4 times in the past year, the... order was wrong and like always, poorly made. I paid for double meat and requested extra cheese and rice. Really simple. I got atoddler portion of meat and a drizzle of rice. The only thing right was the extra cheese. They put meat and cheese on my vegan sofritas bowls and forgot the chips for my guacamole which was 100% avocado was not even... mashed. Then when we asked for them to remake it they again delivered a bowl that had MEAT and CHEESE and forgot the chips andguacamole. Save your money they are horrible. Read more

We came here for a quick meal before heading home from work and wished we hadn't. Food and service were subpar, the food prep... area was filthy, trash can overflowing. Perhaps the filthiest Chipotle I've been to. The food line was scattered with food debris as the customers were being served,... they hardly had any bottled/canned drinks, one out of two trashcans was missing and the only one there was overfilled. Ordered a chicken/rice/veggie/toppings bowl from door dash because my car is in the shop today?..and you guys sent me a bowl of... plain chicken??.door dash app was having issues so had to wait to request refund. I worked at another chipotle in Allen and if I served this I would?ve been fired. It just tastes like burnt grill. There is... nothing redeeming about it- no salt in the guacamole, chips are over cooked and under-seasoned. I normally rarely give businesses one star but this place is below 1 year. The orders are always messed up. Not even one time... with correctly done. They have one job and they can?t even do it.
