Ive been coming to this chick fil several times since i work 5 minutes from there. During lunch time its always crazy packed and... drive thru takes long so I usually order on the app and pick up carryout. Yesterday during my lunch around 1:00 pm I got thereand there was an empty parking stop at the front so i go ahead and parked there and wait for the notification when my food wasready. No more than 2 minutes go by and a employee comes up to me saying I could not park there. Keep in mind there was no signnor cone saying otherwise. He said that parking was for drive thru ( for cars from drive thru to wait for their food if needed).I told him I was waiting for my food for carryout and he said I still needed to move. I didn?t made it a big deal so i justmoved and had to park next door at Taco bell , since chick fil doesnt have enough parking for customers. I then go inside topick up my food and I drive to my job to eat there. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal & Im literally a few bites done eating mysandwich when I notice a bug stuck to the bun on the inside of the sandwich. It kinda looks like a grayish colored ladybug. Iimmediately stopped eating & I didn?t had time to go back to chick fil a to show them cause I had like 5 minutes left from mylunch. I already complained through the app & they are supposed to call me within 1-2 days . Im glad I saw the bug beforeeating it or how knows If i ate some without knowing .They should be more careful when serving customers. Read more
First time at this location since I moved to this area. Wish I would of read the reviews before hopping in line at the drive... thru. Got in line Friday at 11:37 am thinking it is two lines like any other CFA. Nope one line that wraps all the way around. Get to the window see pic where I circle led the truck at that point you are only halfway to be able to even order... Receivedmy food at 11:57. 20 min come on, really need two lines!! Also, not much fries for a medium ( they were not even warm) andasked for no salt and they we salty. First time disappointed in CFA. I will stick with my fav location Keller Alliance andSouthlake. I was so disappointed with my food. I purchased my food about 11:30am and my sandwich wasn't even warm. Normally it's smoking... hot and fresh but I guess someone didn't want to be at work today so they didn't care what they allowed the customer to eat. Wespend our hard earned coins to patronize these places and the workers could careless. My waffle fries was a Lil warm. Theoverall experience today was horrible. Waste of money. Read more
I refuse to believe this Chick-fil-A has almost has 5 stars. We decided to stop by for a bite to eat. We ordered mobile pick... up. Our mood and appetite changed when Sara(h) came to deliver our food. She was cold, did not greet or acknowledge us. Sheplaced the bag in my hand and couldn't turn fast enough to leave. My fiance and I looked at each other in disbelief. She wasrude and is not Chick-Fil-A material. It is not her pleasure to serve and she belongs at McDonald's with the service weexperienced.
