Showed up placed my order, (1 car in front of me and one beside me) got to the speaker and ordered. Drove up to pay and get my... food (1 spicy chicken biscuit), car Infront of me gets food and leaves, truck beside me gets food and leaves, car behind me getsfood goes around me and leaves, car behind the car next to me gets food and leave. in the course of all these cars leaving theykeep asking me what i ordered. they finally bring my biscuit and i hand her my change when she comes back to give me my changeanother employee come up with a bag and the lady that's handing me my food tells her she had already gave it to me.... Never have I EVER had ANYTHING negative to say about Chick-fil-A... HOWEVER... I ordered 2 Cobb Salad, no bacon, extra egg in... both w/Ranch dressing... Didn't get any dressing, had to pull around, she brought me some dressing out, neither salad had extraeggs, & my forks were melted (inside the pkg)... The team was extremely friendly, but my experience was not what I've come toexpect. Read more
First time here and was not impressed the food is extremely Bland, no flavor. The only thing that tasted good was the... sauce. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean but a little chaotic. Parking was minimal...Drive thruHORRIBLE! PRICE- Varies, my opinion not worth it. Sad to say this but the service here is terrible. I was there today and i believe the manager on duty (short Latina women) was... flirting and literally running in the store with the staff. Staff we're holding the door closed to the play area while otherstaff members were pulling to enter and i felt like they were going to break the glass door they were hitting it so hard. Wewere dining in and finishing up our meal and a staff member just came up to us and repeated "dinning room is closed" and theshort Latina manager was laughing on the other side of the store saying "yah it's 9:20 and we close at 9:15 they need to leave".I understand they wanted to clean up and leave but they could have told us in a nicer tone. Great food and customer service as one would expect at every Chick-fil-A drive through. I got my favorite grilled chicken... nuggets and the strawberry shake. Both are delicious and filling. The young lady who took my order was polite and thorough. Thedrive through lanes were busy as usual but the young men and women who were taking orders and directing traffic did an efficientjob of getting customers going forward.
