Young man today was very slow on serving customers. Lobby was dirty. Tables were dirty. The soft drink machine was broken . Food... was okay . My sandwich was good but the young man wrapped it and it was greassy all over. Every boston market i go I getdisappointed. Read more
Boy have prices gone up at Boston Mkt. These have to be the smallest chickens ever. Look like quails. The container is 20%... smaller and they surcharge .50 for spinach casserole ? So overall your getting less and paying 20% more. They pulled my chickenfor a holding pan and it looked like it was hours old. This location doesn't look like it is being managed very well. Ordered on the app and was flawless!! Great food that was tasty and hot. The gentleman that gave me my order (John... possibly....sorry I am horrible with names) was super friendly and helpful. The store was absolutely immaculate. NOt a thingout of place, not even in the parking lot. Signed up for the email club and they send out fantastic coupons. Today was 50% offof a family meal. I got a meatloaf (12 HUGE pieces) meal for six with cornbread and 6 large sides for only $25 was $50. If youdon't want that much they have family meals starting at $21 ($10.50 with coupon) that generously feeds 3. Will definitelyreturn and recommend to others. Read more
Staff at this location can't seem to agree about store hours. Came by last Saturday at 11:05 pm. They are open till midnight.... That Saturday the doors were closed locked lights out. One truck in parking lot but store was completely shut down. I drive byat 12:03am and all lights on three vehicles outside people walking around inside......today an employee says online only after10pm well for one I walked in at 11:30 two weeks ago, AND NO DRIVE THRU so how does online after 10 pm work if your doors arelocked with noone answering without a drive thru?? The employees today didn't care didn't even apologize they decided instead totell me there side in a scolding manner as if its my fault for what happened. There are a lot of other locations I can visitother than this one. Unless the owner reaches out this will be the last visit to this franchisees location. I'll find others whodo care about the operation of their business. Came back a week later......no signs saying closed no answer at the doors or thephones. Read more
Poor customer service. The gentleman that waited on us was not friendly. It was only maybe 1 pm and everything looked like it... had been sitting there for hours. 3 or 4 spots were empty and we asked if they had anymore sides coming out and he informed usthat is all he had. The meatloaf was good. As well as the half chicken. The sweet potatoes were runny. Cornbread ki d of dry. I will definitely go.to.the one i. Arlington next time instead of this one. Read more
This place used to be great but they have been out of a lot of food lately. Still clean and great atmosphere though.
