The pretzels are really good, but unfortunately that is the only good thing about this location. The customer service is not... great, most of the workers don't really speak English. Asking questions is out of the question. If you want to order a bucket ofpretzels I have been told no and have even gotten eye rolls because they didn't want to make it. Also if you like using the appand ordering before you get there, don't bother they never look at it. When you get there to pick up the order they know nothingabout it, so your going to end up waiting either way. They also don't like to scan your code so you can get points on the app,and then when I try to scan my receipt in later it hardly ever works. I asked for a small cup of pretzel bites. The person at the counter kept insisting that she didn't have the small size and all... she had was the large cup. I told her it's on the menu and she should still sell the small cup. Finally after couple of minutesshe agreed and handed me a small cup.
