I always enjoy going to Alamo Drafthouse for my date night. The food and drinks are good. The only downside is some of the... theaters do not have a call light for orders. This time we were in theater 7 which is tiny. Due to it being tiny, we recievedexcellent and speedy service even without a call light. Read more

We sat first in our seats, then 2 couples sat after us. Waitress ran helping the other couples. Then after they were served. She... asked if I wanted anything from the menu. I was upset at her and refused to order. My seat was broken,so I couldn't recline myseat. Wound up with stiff neck from sitting straight up. The theater was warm and stuffy. I would not recommend this place. I am all about first impressions and this was a horrible experience. Taking my son for his... birthday to watch Wakanda Forever, I was more focused on how nothing was being delivered to my table correctly than I couldenjoy the movie. First, it took until after the two other people with me had their food before was even given my drink. My sonwas given two drinks, one being wrong and they couldn't explain what it was other than someone else delivering it. Then Ifinally decided to order and appetizer due to them being out of the only thing I wanted on their dense menu, don't get mestarted on their lack of options, they deliver my food to my son who seat isn't even connected to the table I was at, they gaveme cold queso! After that I was fed up! I complained to a manager who discounted my bill and gave me two rain checks but Ialready expressed I won't be back! I wasted money to a place that tool over 40 minutes to even come pick up my order card.Whoever came up with the system of ordering needs to go back go the drawing boards. I will never betray Studio Movie Grill againfor a more expensive bad experience! Now I have to go find dinner since this place couldn't provide! Read more
