No sampling, half the ice cream out of order or mediocre, some syrups including hard shell also empty. Not impressed.
I came in mainly to get the giant spoon. There weren't that many flavors but the ones that I tried were pretty good. I got milk... tea and strawberry and blueberry tart. The worker was really nice to me. Read more
Let me start off by saying I have never in my life felt so disrespected and humiliated. My only fault was being a loyal customer... for the last 8 months, spending at minimum $50 dollars a week on "icecream", receiving multiple unlimited cups for enormousamount of frozen yogurts I consume and provide for my study group students. The store manager named Aaron was extremelydisrespectful and rude beyond belief. I have never taken the time to write a negative review about a business or about anybody,but this was necessary. I will never ever walk in to this store ever again and I will make sure anybody that I know will not aswell because of a rude young man who has a title of store manager and behaves in such a disrespectful way, being a "perfect"example for other workers. You guys seriously need to re-evaluate who you hire and more importantly who you hire as managers tolead by example. Upon my observation throughout the months of visiting, he would always (10/10 times) hide behind utility room(I'm really curious what he is always doing back there during his working hours) and when I make noises from the machines hewould slowly walkout as if I'm an invisible person. That is completely okay and I don't mind that anymore. I am not a personpatronizing workers by requiring them to greet me. But as I walked out of the door strenuously carrying multiple cups oficecream as usual, he shouted at my back, "WELCOME!" thinking I'll leave without even saying thank you. I guess he thinkscustomers have the obligation to act certain ways but he doesn't. Moreover, he talks to everyone in such a patronizing way, itsso hard to describe and extremely difficult to hear. Botton line, I quit going to frozen yogurt and most certainly to thislocation where Aaron works. I get that this place is busy but there always out of at least one flavor when I go here and sometimes the machines smell bad... almost like sour milk (maybe don't clean the ice cream out from the spill tray or something). Cleanliness of this locationdefinitely needs to be improved. Read more
Do not go to this location. It is small and only has half the flavors as the Spectrum. The only person working there was really... rude. I made a comment to the person I was with that I didn't like the store because they had half the flavors and no whippedcream. The guy working there rudely said, "I heard what you said ". He had no right to comment as I was talking to my friend, not loudly , or to him. I will not be going back to this location. The one at the Spectrum is so much nicer and the employeesare professional. Read more
compared to Yogurtland outlets in other areas, this one provides about two thirds of the flavors and no seating inside. There... are fewer flavors and fewer toppings available. Still, the quality is about the same as other Yogurtland locations. Situated ina beautiful plaza adjacent to a water fountain and plenty of outdoor seating. Read more
Credit card machine broken so cash only. Some of the yoghurt dispensers are broken so very small variety of flavors. Very... disappointed. Iy used to be my go to for frozen yoghurt but will have to find another one. Read more
