The gentleman working the counter was very unfriendly never smiled, acted like it was burden to help me and was like that to the... other customers as well, yogurt is great, but his customer service was horrible. I went back in a little while later to get abottled water and the girl behind the counter was very sweet and very helpful, it was just a gentleman that was rude. 2nd partof this Review.. I posted this today and within 2 hours I had a response from the store and that is very impressive, because ofthe management on my review I have changed my point of view ????about this place the fact that they acknowledged and will beaddressing this, I will absolutely come back! I believe everyone Deserves a 2nd and 3rd chance to get things right ? maybe thegentleman was just having a bad day, but like I said overall the yogurt and the young girl at the counter change my point ofview and the management sealed the deal with excellence in handling customer service. LOVE yogurtland but wish they would have at least one good dairy-free option. It?s always either the rocket pop or some other... sorbet. The dairy free vanilla or chocolate are amazing and should be a staple at any location. Read more

The store was a bit of a mess. You can tell they don't check it out very often. I had to alert the staff as to the mess that was... left by previous people who had changed their mind about getting yogurt. The pricing is quite ridiculous. Our simple yogurt was$10.
