I really want to like this location since I used to be a Wahoos fan, but I never have good experiences here anymore. Usually... it's a staff attitude situation or just being cheap when asking for salsa and lime. Sorry Wahoos, but your food is cardboardplain if I dont use salsa or lime, but this time I was annoyed paying $6 for Chicken tortilla soup that had 3 dice sized piecesof chicken that also came in such a small bowl. Really? $6 for that? And the salsa tasted like straight up oregano. I almostjust had to laugh about it. Lots of option, I really enjoyed the al pastor taco and the shrimp taco. However service is slow and take awhile to get your... food. If you have time worth the wait. Read more
I?ve been a loyal Wahoo?s customer for 2 decades. Came to this location and it took almost an hour from the time I got in line... to the time I got my food. I understand it?s the Spectrum but my food was barely warm. Won?t be coming back to this location. Read more

Wahoo's has truly fallen from grace. I used to go to eat there every Friday for many years. You would order at the front and a... waiter would bring out your food in a ceramic plate with metal cutlery like a traditional restaurant. This was a few years ag.Today I visited Wahoo's again and was disappointed beyond belief. When ordering my food, the hostess said my veggie quesadillawould come with sour cream and something else (don't remember). Once I got the food, there was neither. Unlike their previoussystem, you have to get the food at the front yourself even if you're dining in. The food which I ordered to eat at therestaurant was in a to-go box and had sauce all over the exterior of the box. The quesadillas were messily heaped inside andwere falling apart before I even picked them up. The banzai sauce overpowered all the other flavors of the quesadilla. I waseating with three other friends, two of which received their food in completely different to-go packages. Attached is a photo ofmy friend's "meal." Visited first time after around 18 months. Honestly, it was not the earlier Wahoo's. Had good fish tacos and average tasting... protein bowl. Had to wipe and sanitize our own table as no one showed up to clean after the customer on the table left. Threestars for the sake of old times. Read more
On our way home from an appointment we wanted to grab a bite to eat. We saw the Irvine spectrum. We decided to stop there. We... went to Wahoo's fish tacos. It's fast and the food is yummy and they also have a bar. We sat in the bar the service was fast andfriendly. They have a good selection of beers and spirits Read more
Maybe I'm old but I just couldn't stand the lack of communication. Once I paid, I got a buzzer. Waiting for an eternity for my... food was one thing but looking for my food when my buzzer was a whole different story. My buzzer went off but no one took it togive the food to me. Instead I had to search for a steel table where my food was waiting for me. Actually I could take someoneelse's food and dropped off my buzzer in a plastic container. Strange practice. One more thing...this Wahoo comes with a fullbar. Bad service with liquor...not sure if it's a good combo... Read more
