Ordered for curbside. Called several times. They didn?t answer phone. I had to find a place to park and go in the store. ... Only one person ordering and Two people behind counter. Looks like new owners. None of the regular employees were there. Young man got belligerent when I asked him why he did not answer the phone. He said that the order was for pick up. The younglady corrected him and said it said curbside. With this attitude I don?t think I?m gonna be going back to this Togo?s. Weird. It is 6:45 PM. I just went in to get a pastrami. The girl working informed me that they don?t have any hot sandwiches. I... was surprised and asked if that meant no hot sandwiches of any kind. She said yes. They only have cold sandwiches. I told her Iwas disappointed because I was hoping for a pastrami. I started to leave and then she told me they could heat up some pastramiin the microwave. This was very confusing. Half the time I go to a Togos, they heat up the pastrami in the microwave. I said ?ohso you do have hot sandwiches?? She then just told me that they could if I needed them to. The whole thing just seemed so weirdthat I left and I?m going to find somewhere else for dinner. I used to go here for lunch after shopping at Daiso. I ordered online to pick up in the same exact way multiple times and always... had the order done correctly. One day, the order wasn?t done like usual which wouldn?t be a big deal except the owner was verycondescending when he got the order wrong. He said he was gonna remake one, but I?m pretty sure he only took out all the stuffthat was squished into my sandwich instead of making a new sandwich because when he gave it back to me it was all smushed up andtasted like peperoncini juice (I was too short to see what he was doing). I liked eating here before but I don?t want to havethat experience again so I have now switched to Chan Chan across the parking lot as my main food place for post-Daiso shopping(which is really good!!) This very small Togo's has lots of outdoor seating, which was very nice. Employees were very friendly and fast. I didn't look or... find a restroom. The food was high grade. Covid times means no brewed tea, but there i are plenty of places in the marketplaceto find some. Read more
