My experience with the Irvine on Culver & Walnut was horrible and this review is truly the worse. I ordered a chicken chaser... salad w- extra dressing which was not included in my order, also an impossible char burger, a chocolate shake w-whipped cream (not prepared as ordered. My sweet potatoes fries were cold even though I said I wanted them to be hot when the order was givento me the fries were room temperature because they had been prepared first while waiting for every thing else buy the top item,a Santa Barbara char burger with No mayonnaise (because of allergy to eggs which causes labored breathing suffocation and hives,Anaphilaxis) So when I got home with my order I had mayonnaise over everything. I request you to comp. My order because Icouldn?t eat it! Don't use the kiosk to order if you can avoid it, you won't get a pager for pickup, you'll get a text message, maybe, and it... makes it harder to get a cup for drinks because you have to wait for a text to show the register anyway. Better to just order atthe register. The food is good. I had a pineapple char, or aloha char, whatever it's called, and a Caesar salad. Both good. Thesalad is usually heavily dressed, so if that's not your thing then get a different salad where you can get the dressing on theside. Read more
Massively disappointed with this location. Have had the Habit before and was never blown away with the food. This time I was.... Blown away by how terrible the food and service was. Waited 20 minutes just to get a sandwich with not even 25% of it beingchicken. Read more
Clean restaurant and friendly/helpful staff. Burgers are very good. They have different options for buns/condiments and they... also have a kids meal menu. There are options for salads if you have non meat eating friends. Read more
Ordered onion rings, Santa Barbara Char, and tempera green beans and fries with a total price of $15.38. The patties were... charred, which gives a rich flavor to the sandwich. The price and the serving size are also very good. However, the onion ringsand green beans were too oily. Read more
Got the double char with bacon and cheese. You can request the burger lettuce wrapped and they actually do a great job wrapping... it. Flavor and texture was great, but couldn't really find anything else keto friendly on the menu. Read more
Nice, quick fast-food place. I got the teriyaki burger, side salad with chicken and sweet potato fries and they were all very... delicious! It was a busy day so the burger was kind of falling apart when I got it but it still tasted good nevertheless. Verygood prices for a fast food restaurant and the burgers are about big Mac sized. Would definitely come back for a quick bite. Read more
I have have been dealing with unpleasant and irritable staff for 3 years now at this location. The manager(s) in particular are... very stern and unpleasant. I bought basically 3 burgers, 2 fries and a drink. I ask for ranch and the manager(female) hands meone small capsule for my entire order. I ask for ?2 or 3? more ranch and she?s quick to point out that they have a sign statingthey only give out so many condiments. She was cold and very unpleasant which is basically the norm whenever my family visitsthis location. For the past 3 years if you ask any of the female staff here for extra condiments they cop a rude attitude andgive you the bare minimum. The food is always cooked properly and I appreciate that but the service leaves a lot to be desired.I?ll visit Habit Burger again just not this location. Enough is enough with the attitude. Read more
