High quality and great service, Crema is great for your wholesale bakery needs.
I have heard of Crema Cafe in Seal Beach but have not tried it because they usually have very long lines. They made a wholesale... bakery business which supplies many businesses and coffee shops in Orange county. In the OC register it mentioned that thewholesale bakery is now open for the general public so I had to try it. Overall it is a small business in skypark circle nearthe airport. The pastries were fairly fresh, the croissants were not exceptionally crispy but were tasty. I will have to try outthe loaves of bread that they have available. Overall this is a nice addition to Irvine, and I hope they continue to sell to thepublic even after the quarantine is lifted. Read more
