Jorge saved our evening. For a first visit,we were on a roller coaster of +stars and -stars. From a hospitable greeting to... getting a feeling we inconvenienced our host by asking for another table to tasting delicious pinchana then waiting almost 5minutes for another ANYTHING to come by on offer then moving to our favorite parade of delicious meats and ending with the bestcloser in the business...Jorge. He was pleasant and knowledgeable of the desserts on offering. Attentive without being pushy. Hewas also on point about his dessert beverage recommendation that is now a new favorite. (Brazillian cheesecake is to diefor!) Thanks to Jorge, we will certainly be bringing friends and family by when they are in town. Bonus points for writing HappyAnniversary on our dessert plates! 06/18/2022: I've been to various churascharrias, and this one is fantastic. This location of Texas de Brazil was super busy. Our... server was welcoming and friendly. She gave a thorough explanation of the process and was attentive to our needs. The salad barwas filled with lots of great options - parmesan cheese slices within the parm wheel, smoked salmon with cream cheese andcapers, different salads, charcuterie and cheeses. The hot bar had au gratin potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, black beans, andLobster bisque soup. The servers run the dining room with different cuts of grilled beef - top sirloin, picanha, filet andfilet wrapped in bacon, bbq chicken legs, bbq pork ribs, flank steak, sausage, and Parmesan crusted chicken. In the table, wegot mashed potatoes, French fries, and a basket of popovers, which were my favorite! Celebrated my birthday here with the family. Our server, Lucille, was fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed the... entire time and had such a great personality. The entire staff fabulous. Food was delicious. We even had a vegetarian with us.Would highly recommend this restaurant, and definitely to sit in Lucille’s section. She is wonderful. Read more
Cleanliness, professionalism, care, quality of food and service is what you're going to find at this place, I've been in all... churrascarias in orange county and I especially in long Beach but no other place is compared at the great customer service thatyou'll encounter at this location. From the moment that you walk in you'll feel a friendly environment with all the personal. Iwas assigned to Evelyn and she was making sure that we had the best night possible. I highly recommend you to request the creamcheese filled jalapeños and their Brazilian soda, their cheese bread is so delicious and goes well with any food of yourchoice. Their food isn't just delicious but is served hot. Don't forget to visit their salad bar as you'll be delighted of tgevariety of choices available, from a fresh salad to a hot cup of soup. Read more
This place is one of my favorite restaurants in OC! I’ve been to many Brazilian Steakhouses and I can simply say this place is... one of my favorites ???? If you like steak or fan of Brazilian steakhouses, you have to check this place out. You will thank melater ???? Best in CA for a Brazilian Steakhouse. Drove from LA to Irvine for this spot and will continue for every date night moving... forward. Numerous Brazilian spots in LA can’t compete. The salad bar was fresh, well organized and labeled. The meats wereserved hot and cooked perfectly. Not too salty and full of juice. Drinks were great. Only downside is I wish we got a betterseat. If you’re not a meat eater, save yourself a lot of money and time, but if you enjoy delicious grilled beef, lamb, chicken,... shrimp, and accompanying accoutrements, you’ll love Brazilian BBQ. We were able to get in with a party of 12 and the servicenever lagged, and Jorge was a great moderator of our evening. There was never a lack of food on our plates, and we were stuffedbefore dessert, but we still ordered a boatload of desserts to share. All in all, a great experience.
