Absolutely the worst experience ever! There was a HAIR IN THE DRINK! I waited 20 minutes for my drink when the shop was empty.... The cashier was very ignorant and slow, forgot to add boba to my drink as well. The shop was dirty as well, with spilled drinkon the floor. The drink went directly to the trash. I was craving Tan-Cha in the middle of the week and definitely was able to satisfy my craving! I first had it in Hacienda... Heights, then was super excited when it came to Garden grove... And now it's in Irvine! I love the drinks here, but it seemslike the Irvine one has a limited menu? The environment is way classier that the other locations, but sucks we can't sit anddine just yet. We got there when it wasn't super busy and then all of a sudden at least 10+ people came into the store. It was alittle difficult to social distance because people were just congregating, but I did my best to move away from them. The workersseem to be overworked and stressed seemingly bc of the amount of UberEats and other deliver type orders they were alsoreceiving... In terms of drink quality, it was good. The cups are cool- reusable with a swivel lid for the part where youdrink. It seems smaller than the cups at other locations though, but not sure. The other cups are taller and more narrow so maybe the same. I got the #1 fave with tiramisu foam and it definitely hit the spot. Will be coming back when I need mytiramisu/cheese foam fix! Read more
Peach cheezo w boba 50% sugar: Ooo the peach slush is really really good! The cheese foam is actually pretty cheesy like 70:30... cream cheese and cheesecake. Not really my cup of tea. The boba is always good. Read more

Top 1 with Boba is great. A bit on the sweet side though even with half sugar. Drink was good but after the drink I got a bad... stomach ache and had the runs as well. Was surprised because drink was quite good. I hope they have a high end Water filtrationsystem in place because Irvine uses recycled water ???? Read more
Was already having a bad day and wanted some boba to cheer me up. Came in 15 min before closing and a worker said we?re closed.... How are they closed if it?s 15 minutes before closing, the sign outside said closed at 10pm, and the door was unlocked? I toldher this and she shrugged and walked away. Read more
