Ordered a 5 layer burrito, it was inedible. I phones the store after getting home and some to the mgr. She said all ingredients... are fresh and offered no hint that she understood there was a pbm. I told her that I've been going to Taco Bell for over 40years, worked there as a teen and love it. I told her I was calling so others didn't have the same experience or worse, getsick. The service was smooth and straightforward. My order taker was helpful. I would recommend Taco Bell for lunch or dinner.
Employees take way too long to process your food order. No apologies for making you wait more than 20 minutes. No courtesy at... all. I don't recommend this place at all. Huge line of people waiting for their orders... Read more

Zero Stars. They gave me the wrong food and I had to go all the way back to get it corrected and the worker gave me a super hard... time to get a refund. Should have given me the right food with a refund, but only said I could do either the refund or the rightfood. He had long messy hair and should have been wearing a hair net. I will be reporting that to the health inspectors. Read more
